Congratulations to the thousands of graduates from bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs - as well as the award recipients! A special moment was when Professor Jeffrey Sachs, one of the world’s most influential economists, Director of the Center for Sustainable Development at Columbia University, and President of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network, joined the ceremony online to deliver a message to the graduates. In a recent study, our colleagues from @klaipedauniversity and the Lithuanian Sea Museum explored dolphin-assisted therapy (DAT) for adults with depression — with a unique twist: they also monitored the well-being of the dolphins themselves. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 ? 📉 Reduced anxiety and depression 💪 Improved physical and social health 🐬 Happy, healthy dolphins (yes, really!)
