EU-CONEXUS community and stakeholders are cordially invited to participate in the International Seminar on Social Innovation organized online by the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest, scheduled on 7th of February, Wednesday, 1 PM – 2 PM CET.

This event is organized under the EU-CONEXUS Research for Society project – Knowledge Transfer and Innovation Working Group – with the purpose of developing the EU-CONEXUS grassroots network between our social partners and improving our community know-how on developing a social initiative.

Guest speakers:

• Charles Berville, president, and co-founder of Climato Sfera;
• Claudiu Butacu, president, and co-founder of EFdeN, & Andrei Mondiru, UTCB student volunteer in EFdeN;
• Anca Mărgineanu, representative of UTCB Academic Foundation.

The topics that will be addressed by their different experiences:

• main objectives, activities, and results of each organization
• the process of initiating and developing an NGO, and the biggest challenges
• skills acquired during the development of the social start-up
• collaboration with the university, EU-CONEXUS, and financial partners.
