UTCB work visit at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana

During a mobility that took place in Ghana, Dr. Maria Goga (UTCB), Dr. Emmanuel Afutu, and Dr. Denis W. Aheto (UCC) shared a series of discussions on the activities offered to students by the two institutions.

In addition, the UTCB representative held a presentation on students’ personal development, addressing the initiation of a university-wide program as a means of contributing to the success of students at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.

Prof. Denis also presented the UCC and its ongoing projects that concern the development of the university from a marine engineering point of view.

EU-CONEXUS announced its partnership with the University of Cape Coast’s Africa Center of Excellence in Coastal Resilience (ACECoR) last year. It aims to combine resources to pursue and strengthen research and innovation in smart coastal urban sustainability on a global scale. More information about this partnership can be found here.
