EU-CONEXUS University to School Programme Event in Bucharest
Between 23rd – 24th of June, Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest is the host of our Programme dedicated to the pupils who were declared winners of the final stage of the EU-CONEXUS National and International School Contest .
For two days, the delegations from Spain, Cyprus, Croatia and Romania will be participating in a series of activities meant to expand their knowledge on sustainability of coastal urban areas and to give them the chance to bring innovative and sustainable solutions to real-life problems.
The Programme aims to cover different aspects of sustainable development in smart urban coastal areas across topics such as environment and biodiversity, energy and sustainable construction, digital transformation, culture, society and education.
The activities designed include Career perspectives workshop with the UTCB Career Counseling and Guidance Center, how to build nZEB buildings (zero energy buildings), climate Fresk workshop with ClimatoSfera, improvisation and role playing workshop powered by Artists’ Nest, visit to EFdeN Sustainable City and a city tour of Bucharest.
To reward their involvement and Smart Urban Coastal Sustainability focus, at the end of the Programme the pupils will be given a certificate and also EU-CONEXUS goodies.
