EU-CONEXUS Joint Master Programme in Marine Biotechnology Training Week in Zadar
In the period from June 19 to 23, a Training week was held in Zadar as part of the EU-CONEXUS Joint Master Program in Marine Biotechnology project.
The Joint Master Program in Marine Biotechnology represents a new level of cooperation between the universities involved in the EU project CONEXUS. The education of teachers and administrative staff and the evaluation of previous achievements in the implementation of the program are essential for further progress. From June 19 to 23, a week of training for teaching and administrative staff related to the program was held in Zadar.
The first two days were reserved for workshops related to the project’s administrative and academic staff.
The topics covered during the training were: Joint administration in JMPMB, Management of motivational letters in tender procedures and Management of the academic research integration course.
The workshop on the preparation of scientific projects was held by Martina Matešić, Head of the Department for Strategic Planning and Development Management from the Zadar County Development Agency ZADRA NOVA.
The third day of the training week would be reserved for a tour of Zadar County. The workshop participants visited Pakoštane and took a boat trip to the tuna farm, after which they had free time for swimming and diving.
On the last day, the participants of the training had an organized sightseeing tour of the city of Zadar with a tourist guide.
