Enhancement of two stages production strategy in microalgal cultures for NMPs production
This Research Student Hub aims to give a practical hands-on experience in maintenance of microalgal culture collections, subculturing and scaling up cultures; monitoring cultures performance.
General learning outcomes
By the end of the Student Research Hub, students will be able to:
- investigate and develop strategies for the production, extraction and analysis of bioactive molecules obtained from cultivated under controlled laboratory conditions.
- work in team, manage time and adjust to results.
