Short description of what will be presented during the seminar:
The IRUCE EU-CONEXUS Seed project aims to explore how religious, spiritual, and pilgrimage practices—both historical and contemporary—shape urban coastal environments and contribute to sustainability, wellbeing, and community life. This seminar will examine how spiritual and religious engagements—such as maritime pilgrimages, meditation, ritual movement, and heritage practices—influence urban development, ecological awareness, cultural identity, social cohesion, and mental wellbeing in coastal cities.
