The EU-CONEXUS national stage took place at @klaip The EU-CONEXUS national stage took place at @klaipedauniversity , bringing together creative and innovative young minds from across the region 🌍 In the 12–14 age category, the winners were Klaipėda Eduardo Balsys Gymnasium team Eco-nuts, who impressed the jury with a ball machine made from recycled materials ♻️ In the 14–17 age category, the winning team Acta non verba from Klaipėda Lyceum presented an inspiring idea – Sustainable Modular STEM Blocks for Marine Ecosystem Growth 🌊 Both teams have earned the right to represent Klaipėda and Lithuania on the international stage, which will take place on April 27. 🌍 Student Spotlight Botond Halasz, a student of A 🌍 Student Spotlight Botond Halasz, a student of Architectural BIM Technology at @setuireland recently travelled to Valencia to take part in the #EUCONEXUS Winter School on Sustainable Strategies for Resilient Coastal Futures, hosted by the @universidadcatolicavalencia Bringing together students from across the #EUCONEXUS Alliance, the week-long programme offered a unique opportunity to explore key topics in coastal sustainability, climate resilience, and environmental planning through a series of micro-credential courses. During the programme, the students engaged in specialised learning on nature-based coastal solutions and spatial planning approaches to mitigate climate risks. 🌍 Lats Wednesday, the national round of the 6th ed 🌍 Lats Wednesday, the national round of the 6th edition of the EU-CONEXUS School Contest “Think Smart, Create Green” took place at our Spanish partner @universidadcatolicavalencia . 🌱♻️ This competition challenges secondary school students to develop innovative solutions for the sustainable development of coastal areas, addressing environmental issues arising from urbanisation and industrialisation.
