This workshop is part of the EU-CONEXUS Joint Research Challenge series and focuses on capacity building for early-stage research idea development related to Smart Coastal Infrastructure for Disaster Mitigation.

Participants will explore Horizon Europe 2025 call topics and work collaboratively to frame their research in line with expected outcomes, impact pathways, and EU policy priorities. This session is suitable for researchers from all disciplines and institutions who are interested in contributing to transdisciplinary, challenge-driven research.
