EU-CONEXUS Talent Attraction Scholarship
For the 1st year students of Joint Master’s programmes
The EU-CONEXUS Talent Attraction Scholarship is an initiative of the European University for Smart Urban Coastal Sustainability (EU-CONEXUS), an alliance of nine European higher education institutions. It aims to reduce the financial barriers associated with international mobility and support students participating in Joint Master’s programmes that require physical mobility between partner universities.
The scholarship provides a grant of €2,000 (VAT included) per selected student to contribute towards travel and relocation expenses incurred when starting or continuing their studies at a host university. It does not cover tuition fees, and the same expenses or mobility period cannot be funded twice through EU-funded programmes.
Scholarships are allocated primarily according to academic merit, based on the Admission Ranking Score. Other considerations include the balance between specialisation tracks, geographical diversity and, where necessary, the distance travelled. Additional funding may be available for students with specific needs, subject to eligibility and supporting documentation.
Awards are subject to funding availability, and payment is made after the student arrives and officially enrols at the first host university. Appeals may be submitted within three working days of the publication of the results.
