FOREU4ALL, an initiative uniting all 73 European University Alliances, serves as a shared platform for collaboration, exchange of experiences, and deeper cooperation across Europe. Within this framework, the FOREU4ALL Topical Group Student-led Community on Sustainable and Democratic Student Participation held its first in-person meeting in Brussels on 26-28 November.

Organised entirely by students and for students, the event marked an important milestone for the group while also including several staff members who supported and contributed to the discussions.

The opening day focused on democracy and sustainable representation, featuring presentations from several alliances. The programme then continued with parallel sessions covering 12 themes related to student engagement, including project management, impact assessment, communication strategies, event planning, effective collaboration, and educational approaches.

EU-CONEXUS was represented by Student Board Secretary Ella Malenica, who participated in sessions on project management, governance, collaboration, and community development. Her contributions reflected EU-CONEXUSโ€™s ongoing commitment to strengthening inter-alliance collaboration and fostering an active, sustainable student community across Europe.
