This micro-credential nurtures sustainability competences through hands-on activities like simulations and group assignments, during which participants strengthen critical thinking, leadership, and decision-making abilities. The curriculum spans climate science, environmental impacts, policy frameworks, and mitigation strategies, preparing learners to reduce carbon footprints and advocate sustainable resource management following ESG principles. By fostering a sustainability mindset combined with essential hard and soft skills, it equips future leaders to tackle climate challenges and champion a greener, more responsible future.
