The @agricultural_university_athens (AUA) actively The @agricultural_university_athens (AUA) actively participated in the 𝟯𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘆, 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 – 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, held on March 12–15, 2026, at the International Exhibition & Congress Center of Thessaloniki. And while the alternative of bioplastics sounds promising, in reality many of them are far away from what scientists could call sustainable. At South East Technological University, researchers are pioneering projects that face this issue head-on.
